Tales of Tea and Midnight Vandalism

Feeling better after I posted that last one. I skipped school today and I felt like sharing what I've done over the past week or so. I dressed as Wendy and had tea at the coolest tea shop I've ever been to. I'll definitely be attaching photos. All their china was mismatched and it was so charming I wanted to stay there forever.

Also, I went on a chalk frenzy with my friend when she slept over. We thought itd be a good idea to give a good message to our classmates. For some reason I love empowering vandalism. It strikes a cord with me or something. Like how even though we have these walls, these rules, these regulations, there will always be the human aspect to life. I guess I love feeling the whole world is behind you and just wants you to succeed. We wrote two lines of the Bukowski poem "The Laughing Heart" out on the street in front of our school. For some reason I feel like a badass.

Its freezing out

So my grandma has cancer. Shes had it for a while; long enough that I had begun to get used to it. But this isn't her kind of cancer. She just sits in bed and ask for things. She asks for things. I have not once ever seen her allow me make her lunch but today she was shaking so bad I practically had to feed it to her.

I find myself wishing she died when she was healthy. I don't want we to go out like this. I want her to complain like she used to.

I know it's not going to happen.

Its cold we're I live and I went to the beach to try and figure out what ive been feeling lately. It just makes me feel somewhat empty. No one is caring for it. And their not going to until its swimsuit season.

You can't just forget about a place until you need it again... Can you?

Musings at Tiger Lily Cafe

I was at Port Jeff in New York this past weekend and I absolutely loved this place. It had vegetarian cuisine and DELICIOUS coffee. Yum. If you are ever on long island got to Port Jeff. It has all these thrift stores and small boutiques. Stores were going out of business so please drop by and revitalize the place.

Brave Beginner

This is it. This is my blog. Here I will post about my life, things I find interesting, and just anything in particular that I want the world to know. I will be me; the real me, and speak to you strangers like we know each other so well. That's how eveything should be, right?
Anyway this is from my new sketchpad, an old book that needed something to fill the pages. It looked like a good welcoming picture so I felt it needed to be shared. If you can guess the book you get extra brownie points from me :). I was looking into synesthesia (which, for those of you who don't know is probably one of the most interesting conditions ever http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synesthesiahttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synesthesia) And this kinda came from it. I think next time I will post an outfit and try out one of those fashion blogger things. Thank you so much for checking out my blog and I hope to see you all bright and early tomorrow!
Did you know that Pythagoreas had a cult in ancient Greece? They believed that 'All is number'
